A male character is sexy and they’ll eat it up. A female character is sexy and they’ll either get riled up over it or bend backwards to explain how their design isn’t sexualized. It’s so odd. Guys, sexy female characters are not a crime. Please relax. And stop calling women’s bodies “goonerbait”.

I was on TikTok for a bit while I was on vacation and man, that app is so weird about sexy female characters. Do they know it’s not inherently misogynistic for a female character to be sexy. And do they realize a female character being non-sexualized does not automatically mean they’re written well.

I FINALLY FINISHED CHRIS CLAREMONT'S UNCANNY X-MEN RUN!!! I can see why people praise Claremont's writing during this run, bro revolutionized the X-Men from the 60's to the 90's. He created so many of the iconic storylines and some of my favourite mutants too. Was a great read.
