Do I feel safe to purchase Resident Evil Requiem on Xbox again? Yeah. Kind of. Maybe. I’ll just buy it again on my next ecosystem.

I wouldnt say they all lost. I think people who only play Switch are having a great time. But yeah, I think PS and Xbox have dropped the ball (in vastly different degrees) this cycle. I recommend that everybody just build a PC.

Playing Ghost of Yōtei and I can’t help but feel like I just want to main line it. I really enjoy the main game and story but I’m just either not feeling an open world right now or generally don’t like it. Not sure.

Now that I’m a few days out on the whole Game Pass debacle, I really am just of the mindset of, “do you get $30 out of it? Yes? Cool. No? Cool.” I guess I get the outrage, and I do hope they backtrack it, but also, I think if I’m playing a bunch of games, and using cloud, it’s worth it for me.

Turned on Ghost of Yotēi, and the voices just straight up, aren’t there. Zero dialogue whatsoever. Yay….

I went to Threads to ask the folks for PC advice for somebody who wants to just get a console replacement that’s a PC and the consensus was…. Wait for what Xbox is doing next. Welp, that was my original plan anyway so I guess I’ll stick with it.

I think it looks fun. The one question I have is if it’s an open world thing, or is this a linear level based game? If it’s the latter, I’m way more into this.

Puts a lot into perspective. First off, all the removed titles were ones I was excited to see more of, and it’s heartbreaking for me to see FM die so quick. But the rest of 2025 is good, and 2026 is even better sounding. Here’s to hope they stop messing up, even slightly.

The Xbox Tokyo Game Show was alright. Had a few moments for me but typically this show doesn’t speak too much to me. Obviously Forza Horizon 6 is Japan is so exciting, but the Ally still doesn’t have a price. I get why, but oof.
