sooo I've been playing with the Avery household for the past couple months! Grandma Esther, Hattie, and Ollie. Esther's daughter, Monica, ran to chase fame in Ciudad Enamorada, leaving her two children behind. The three have recently moved from Evergreen Harbour to chase adventure in Gibbi Point ♥️

Her bedroom got a little update, with an extra comfy spot for Wolf 🥰

So we've covered Marlowe's home and love life updates - now for her business! Bayside Bakes has been doing exceptionally well at the harbour market, and Marlowe has finally started to see an actual profit from her work.

Evenings are for trying out new things, sometimes even venturing to the city together! Karaoke has become a much-loved staple 🥰

After Harvestfest, Marlowe and Henry start spending a lot more time together. It started with a few casual fishing trips, meeting up around Deadgrass Isle to explore the less-visited spots. Turns out, they both reeeally enjoy the outdoors. Who'd've thought, looing at them?

As a thank you for all the help the Shepherds had given Marlowe and Wolf lately, she invites them over for Harvestfest dinner. It's a small affair - the three sat round the table in their camo gear - but it sure is wholesome.

It would seem that Hari's brother, Henry, couldn't stop thinking about the girl with the wolf. He stopped by every so often to check on Wolf, or so he told Marlowe.

Wolf's arrival was serendipitous in many ways, allowing Marlowe to branch out and meet new members of her community in Brindleton Bay

If you can't tell, Wolf is a very loyal, very aggressive addition to the household 💀 (I do not know where Tom found the audacity to come into my kitchen)

This was Wolf's first night in the Lark home🥹

He's settling in really well, aside from being the potential maker of the mysterious puddle that keeps appearing in the kitchen 👀 I have to admit... he was called Wolf as a placeholder until I could think of a name for him but the name has sort of stuck, and he's called Wolf now.

I don't know if anybody remembers but Marlowe recently found a wolf roaming the island needing a little love and care. She took him home, cleaned him up, and took him to Hari and her brother's rescue shelter for a checkup.

wow... i have actually got a little update for Marlowe. Meaning, I finally opened my game! Still trying to find my passion for it all but playing a few days in Marlowe's cosy little home was nice. I have no great storyline, just a few shots of what she's been up to.

in other news, i have lost all love for the game once again and am about a month deep into rewriting a book i published in my teens for a republish. it’s been challenging but so so fun and i wish more than anything i could share the entire world with you all but i wouldn’t even know where to begin 😅

god i wish my drawing skills were better so i could actually DRAW my characters instead of making pinterest boards and imagining them. i suppose i could make them as sims but the sims burnout is real atm and i jusr dont think the game is gonna capture what im ✨envisioning✨

After a little gentle coaxing and a lot of patience, Marlowe manages to get the poor thing back to her home for a warm bath before she can assess the damage 🫧

On an early walk one cold autumn morning, Marlowe encounters a stray wolf being very defensive over an injured paw.

The Shepherd household is always full of noise - laughter, barking, you name it! Between Shepherd's Watch Shelter and Safe Harbour Clinic, there is a steady stream of four-legged friends always passing through its doors. Marlowe can't think of anywhere better to hang out.

Marlowe's kitchen is still out of bounds, so she pays a visit to her new friend Hari Shepherd. Hari runs Shepherd's Watch Animal Shelter out of her home alongside her brother's veterinary clinic. Hari graciously allowed Marlow to bake in her kitchen, for a sample of the goods of course!

im so glad i separated my story save from my main save because i already have TWO unsanctioned babies in my sulani households 😬

every single business, venture, and enterprise is done! I got about halfway through setting up skills, degrees, and career levels so I'll finish that tomorrow. All businesses are edited and most, if not all, houses are customised to the households. It has been a busy weekend!

do any of you world builders know much about NPC roles? i want to add a mayor to Brindleton Bay if possible but my research is just pulling up fixes for when the Chopras move worlds 🤔
