I’m not ashamed to admit: This and @surelysims.com’s latest cc packs are making me feel things. Seriously considering re-installing my Sims 4 (but not you, Enchanted by Nature), CC and mod the heck out of it and play offline for the rest of time.

And less than 24 hours later - now the pirated dlc is in Patreon, behind a 3-day early access paywall. Am I the only one who sees the irony in paying someone for pirated content? Yes I know it’s just for 3 days early access. And yes I still think this person sucks and I almost would rather pay EA

Can’t say too much 😉, but with everything floating around lately, let me just confirm one thing: some folks are going to be very surprised when the dust settles. The timing of recent releases wasn’t accidental, and what’s coming next has been quietly in motion for a lot longer than people think👀

Everyone is spiraling over the potential TS4 remaster, but my favorite part is the “cool twitter kids“ pretending they’re sitting on top-secret intel they just can’t share yet while just sharing the most generic “hints” for engagement. Girl, you know nothing, shut up.

It's so funny how differently I'm playing Clem from Lee. I'm allowing her not to be the hero all the time (like Lee was), to me she's a bit cynical and even a bit sour. But she's got a good heart deep down 🥲And I'm loving my tough lil girl.

I still remember there was a time when pirating games was considered unethical….funny enough, nowadays pirating EA games is the only ethical option 🏴‍☠️

There's one thing TS3 never fails to achieve.... .....it makes me miss The Sims 4.

I would be nice to know why everyone who isnt my sim looks like a bald mess 😭

My un popular opinion is that with just a bit of effort TS3 can have the best looking male sims.

Playing Season 2 of TWD and I realize people are vengeful lil shits not giving water to a dying man haha Also, it's actually quire refreshing to play as Clem - not many games make a 12 year old girl the hero and I'm here for this.

I can’t believe EA is going to such lengths to annihilate the value of The Sims IP. It’s upsetting as a player, but even from a business perspective it’s crazy that they’re turning such a distinct, fun and beloved game into a generic, AI-driven mobile brainrot

2025 didn't deserve Paralives anyway.

Also this gives me time to actually finish Telltale’s The walking dead and be scarred for life like everyone else

The fact that they could have just gone ahead with the release, get the money, blamed everything on early access and have us wait for fixes…but they decided to do this because they want to meet minimum standards even during early access. This is what sets this team apart 💙

I’ve seen people claiming Paralives is going to be barebones because the game is “only 8 GB”. For reference:the greatest life sim ever made (TS2) had a size of just 3.5 GB, and that was the complete base game. So 8 GB for an Early Access build of a v stylized game actually sounds promising to me

Random observation: I’ve noticed a pattern in the community that simmers who tend to prefer TS2 are naturally more drawn to Paralives; while those that favour ts3 seem to prefer InZoi. Does this apply to you too?

I also feel like every decision I take is the wrong one but at least I have a very clear set of priorities when deciding who should survive in an apocalyptic world (Clementine first, then any other kid even if they are annoying, then women, then friends and then anyone else).

In case anyone is wondering what I’m doing to keep myself busy before paralives early access…I’m Protecting this little girl with MY LIFE 🥹 (no spoilers please, I’ve never played this game before!!)

I still remember my first early access game. It was 2014 and its name was The Sims 4. they barely released any info prior to launch (no toddlers + no pools were confirmed 2 months before release) . Back they called Early Access a “live service” game and we still paid full price.oh how things change!
