The year is almost over and it went by far too quickly. Unfortunately, there hasn't really been anything new for me in the last few months because I started studying again in October. But I hope that in 2025 I'll be able to draw more again and develop further #artvsartist2024

If only practicing the art fundamentals (and drawing nothing else) to get good doesn't work for you, don't do it. It doesn't work for most. Do whatever makes drawing fun enough to do it consistently and without overthinking to the point of self-sabotage. Study after.

Fine arts student experience: not everyone is made for figurative art. Even less people are made for realistic styles. Do what you like to do. Draw what you feel like drawing. Don't be scared to experiment. Just do. Rules are made to be broken in art.
