I just want to thank the democratic senators on the armed services committee who stood up and fought, despite the odds, for the American people today.

Trying to get “a pound of flesh” on aid for Americans who have lost everything is repulsive. Democrats don’t condition aid to red states. They just fucking help them because it’s the right thing to do.
