Two things about this EO are true: 1) it is a despicable, sloppy, and unacceptable act that reflects Trumps well documented affinity for his tech buddies 2) it does nothing by itself — CNN and the NYTimes get it BIG wrong here, giving Trump the headline he wants to scare states and create apathy

is a serious problem, as airlines essentially have no privacy requirements (Dept of Transportation started investigating airline privacy practices last year but the agency has since dropped it). You should opt out of this practice ASAP.
