Here is a little demo of the assistive guitar development at RE/Lab. MIDI controlled chord changes. This is all done using Puredata processing hexaphonic pickups to 6 MIDI notes, and then applying fret transposition based on the selected chord. Guitar sound synthesised in Ableton.

Played a walk-in set at TEMOM last night. I was using the laptop as an instrument using Plugdata running two pitch shifters and modulating the speaker/mic feedback using my hand to reflect the sound.

Back in 2019 I composed a ton of music using multiple TX802 FM synths (the rack version of a DX7 mkII), totalling 16 tracks of complex FM. Lots of experiments with FM vocals/formants and percussion. The pandemic hit and I shelved the album for many years. Finally going to release it this week!
