This equal less than the reparation cost increase for russia for a year of war. If giving the frosen russian assets to Ukraine now cut the time until russia is defeated by close to a year, russia will also benefit economicaly by the solution. Less reparations have to be payed to Ukraine. Win-win.

According to estimates by the world bank the reconstruction russia have to pay Ukraine for is close to $200bn for each year of the war. Giving this funds to Ukraine now will probably result in the defeat of russia sooner, and that way save the russian people a lot of reparation expences. Win-win

Unsurprisingly, the russians struggle to mobilise the Ukrainians. It is a warcrime to mobilize the local population occupied. Both the Geneva Convention and the Rome Statutes state that it is illegal to mobilize the population occupied.

Russian oil reserves running out. Also observe that most of their reserves are in their colonies to the east of the urals and in the south. Moscovia is not rich, it only live of the wealth of the colonies, like the imperial power it is. When they lose the war those colonies will be free and prosper.
