🎾 City makes major investment to renovate Judge Jean Murrell Capers Tennis Courts! 🎾 Today, the city cut the ribbon on the newly rebuilt Judge Jean Murrell Capers Tennis Courts. To accomplish this transformation, over $1.5 million was earmarked for capital improvements to rebuild the courts.
