More great housing news! The City of Cleveland celebrated the completion of a transformative redevelopment that delivered 236 modern, energy-efficient affordable homes in the Cedar-Central neighborhood through a partnership with CMHA, Penrose, and Ralph A. Falbo Development.

Today marks the groundbreaking of the I-90 Central Interchange here in Cleveland, a $300 million investment from ODOT and a key part of the broader Cleveland Innerbelt Modernization Plan to improve safety, reduce congestion, and modernize travel along I-71, I-77, and I-90 through downtown.

We’re continuing to upgrade the parking experience across Cleveland, including the introduction of dynamic rates in Downtown Areas. When demand is lower in these areas, drivers can now park beyond the standard 4-hour limit at base hourly rates ($1.50/hr) for each additional hour.
