On Saturday hunt sabs forced a change in the behaviour of the Beaufort Huntsman. Sabs stopped hounds on a fox's line on one side with another team ready at the other. Trail Hunting is old fashioned fox hunting, and the gov’t needs to hurry on its manifesto promise to ban it.

𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘂𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝘁, 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 Saturday 10th January The beautiful, frost-covered fields of Badminton were taken over on Saturday by the terrifying sight of bloodthirsty hunters out to kill our native wildlife.

“𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙝𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙨, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪’𝙡𝙡 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙚𝙚𝙚𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙤𝙢” The Beaufort Hunt met at NewHouse Farm, Oakes Lane yesterday. Smaller turnout, likely because many are still nursing earaches from Huntsman Will Bryer’s comical attempt at a Mel Gibson-style battle speech.

“𝑾𝒂𝒂𝒂 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝑯𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒍” Imagine ripping foxes to shreds for fun, blasting lead into birds in the sky, laying agonising poisons for wildlife to ingest, the suddenly pretending to care about a particular slaughter method. Whataboutism and thinly veiled racism & it straight to the bore-bin you go.

Today we sabbed The Beaufort Hunt who tried to hunt 3 foxes today and once again went after a hare at their meet on the Badminton Estate today. Sabs were on them at turn. Is the Duke immune from prosecution as a landowner we wonder? Hmmm…. 1/2
