What sucks though is the worst people will feel like they’re winning. Twice now. First with the Acolyte and now with Kathleen retiring.

Wanted to add to the whole Galaxy’s Edge conversation. There’s a loud faction of the fandom claiming that my generation (millennial), those before it, only want the Originals and Prequels, and nothing to do with the Sequels. Last I checked, they don’t speak for me, or for the rest of the fandom.

Yeah, and that’s what really bugs me. Even when it isn’t intentional, every time decisions appear to align with what The Fandom Menace wants, it validates them. It reinforces the idea that their tactics work and signals to them they were right all along. #TheFandomMenace #StarWars

the high republic era and the sequels could have given star wars a new lease of life, but they'd rather keep to the OT eras to keep the fandom menance happy but even they will hate on it coz they dont know how to like things

I agree with this, and Disney needs to do this more, but there will always be some people who cheer and want Disney to admit their failing.
