Yes, the great Christopher Duffy left a great deal of money to NTS, but even more valuable is his entire personal archive and research-in-progress, which the Trust currently holds and curates. We're still waiting to learn about how scholars and researchers might be able to access that material.

A large hand-blown glass goblet on a square plinth base etched with a rose on one side and with the scrolling monogram "RC" within a ribboned laurel reserve on the opposite side. British, circa 1820. I've yet to drink out of it, better get on that.
