CubeCon 2025 was spectacular! We had 6 Milwaukee cubers make top 64, including Shariq who was crowned the CubeCon Champion! 🏆👑🔥 I met some awesome people and played some amazing cubes! Thank you to the organizers, staff, judges, designers and players that made it all possible! See you next year!

One of my delights of Cubecon was getting to draft the 100 lotus cube by @poisoneddonut.bsky.social. I successfully executed my strategy of taking Lotus and Broken cards for a clean 3-0. Everything I wanted it to be 🥰

This almost cost me a match - I've got Ursine Monstrosity & Pyrogoyf in play, op has Barrowgoyf in play. We both care about graveyard types a ton, yet mtgo is displaying Creature count in gy due to a Grist that was never even in play. I thought I had 6 types for the bear when I only had 5.

Gonna post more about #Lobstercon later but I'm so hyped on Premodern right now. Feels like if I'd done a lick of testing I could've top 8'd and that's a good feeling. Next year I'll simply prove it 😼. Mogg Squad rising, baby
