I'll try to get back to art by Thursday since I'm going out tomorrow and currently waiting for the heatwave to pass. It's looking hopeful next week with the rain possibly returning and the temperature dropping below 20C🤞

Didn't get a lot of sleep but my head does feel better today. After what happened last night I'm starting to think the bullshit was actually a migraine, not just a headache. Looked up the triggers and symptoms and they were spot on for a migraine The weather today is still crap though...🙃

Update: just had a quick cup of tea. While that won't help with the heat or sleep, it surprisingly helped ease the headache. Good old British leaf water to the rescue...😊

Headache won't go away even after a lot of ibuprofen...something tells me I'm probably gonna go sleep downstairs because the bedroom won't cool down, I doubt I'm gonna survive the next few months if this is happening already🫩
