A fun thing I've noticed is that since my boss with boundary issues announced their departure at the end of this week my resting heart rate has dropped by like 20 bpm and I don't feel anxious about much of anything. Stress is a killer.

I'm not sure why the YMCA decided a holiday (when they are traditionally busier) was the right day to close the mens locker room instead of like a random Tuesday but there you have it I guess.

I know that, for myself, I can 100% tell a difference when I take notes myself vs reading somebody else's notes vs AI notes. I've also personally noticed a difference when I handwrite notes vs type them.

Last night's dream involved someone stealing cases of white claw from my trunk then throwing a punch when confronted about it. A later dream involved someone accusing me of stealing for trying to pick up dollar bills that fell out of my pocket when trying to pay for something.
