Providing people in government custody with access to legal counsel isn't optional — it's required by the Constitution. ICE regularly violates this right and won't let people speak with their lawyer confidentially. We're taking ICE to court because people have a right to speak to their attorneys.

I spent all of Monday and Tuesday watching capstone presentations from students in our program. Media, Medicine and Health at Harvard Medical School. These people (doctors and future doctors) want to save the world. So many of them are international students. They deserve the wind at their backs.
