I dont understand why so many people think Young Pauline somehow "fixes" the Mario timeline. To me she proves Mario canon is not strict and is flexible. If you have to assume certain characters are actually different from who they've been said to be (a totally bold fanon claim), how is that "fixing"

donkey kong bananza made me realize just how much i've missed being able to punch in 3D Mario games since SM64 combat options other than "jump on it 3 times" made the bosses so much more interesting and engaging. Wish they'd let Mario bosses do that, and have a health bar rather than 3 hits.
