day 4: I didn’t look at myself much today but I feel like I was really good at smiling at people and making them feel comfy during exams (I’m a proctor)

day 1 of identifying something pretty about myself: my skin is glowing now that i’ve increased my water intake! we love to see it

it’s such a specific type of pain to try to recover from an ed that was born from trauma bc I have to try and fix the disordered thoughts/actions AND heal the original cause and one of those is outside of my scope for the moment

i’ve been so stressed out bc since my hypercalcemic episode at the ER, my urine hasn’t been able to concentrate which is “normal” in the following days but it also is really bad if that says that way long term bc you’re essentially just peeing water and staying in fluid loss

hot people have knee-high compression stockings and endo scars

i’ve been suffering since my ER visit. this flare was really bad, even by my standards. I definitely could have been hospitalized and honestly I think I would have preferred that just so I knew I was being monitored. I’m so scared at home while this corrects itself.

I approach people with a “why would they lie to me” type of approach that life REALLY loves humbling me with as often as possible

one of our alters blatantly has bpd (which makes sense for the trauma they hold) and we stay systemically denying it bc I don’t want it to be true but good lord, this recent episode has her by the scalp and is throwing her around and it’s affecting all of us

i am really not doing well rn. woke up from a nap (bc tachycardia was making me fatigued) and my HR was 145 lying down. I’m slowly sipping water and I’m about to take some meds but I’m worried
