I am trying a new energy protein bar recipe: base is banana, date, peanut butter, whey powder. Bloom in warm water, chia and hemp seeds. Dried apricots, cranberries, raisins. Pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Add melted dark chocolate, nuts, and fleur de sel. Let cool.
