Music as a time-machine... just heard The Toy Dolls "nelly the elephant" on the wireless. Took me right back to being 12, and seeing Hearts v Morton in December 1984 with my father - and it getting played over the tannoy at halftime.

Simple Minds "don't you forget about me" on the wireless. A bit of an albatross for them? But still an absolute banger.
