For those wondering why the #Cavs are doing this, there is some doubt that Darius Garland will be ready for the start of the regular season as he recovers from toe surgery.

The Philadelphia 76ers have signed Jaylen Martin, Kennedy Chandler, Emoni Bates and Malcolm Hill to contracts, the team has announced. These are exhibit 10 deals, I'm told.
