Hey, been quite a while since I last been online! The break has been great for me. I shed a lot of bad thoughts and replaced them with new thoughts.

Just a small life update I've returned to university and have been quite busy with classes. It looks like I may become even busier as the semesters go on. Some good things are quickly happening. Not only have I become good at math, it's opening up some doors that I never thought were possible.

I've been working on some sticker ideas. The sketches are pretty solid. Hopefully the final inks are just as good!

For pterosaurs, I recommend pteros.com - it's amazing and well vetted. Anything else, just steer clear of reptileevolution and ptetosaurheresies

Life update: I've been hauling ass by catching up on a lot of math the past two or three months. The end is near, though. I should finish by next week. After that I'll be scheduling time better to devote to comic pages and other art associated with it. It's all set up to go. Just need to work hard.

These were created last summer for TheLostDex beta #Pokemon zine. Beta Shuckle and a small dino were assigned. The writer and I were able to take the most liberty with the small dino, who was named Shelltar during the project. It was a lot of fun and I hope to draw for another Pokemon #zine someday.

Picked up the #watercolor sketchbook again after putting it away in November. Caught up on some videos from a watercolorist I follow. Played around with Franklin Booth's inking style and practiced using flatter, more limited colors with watercolor. I may have found a style for Thorntail (finally)

I was accepted into university. They actually sent me two acceptance letter packages. Probably by accident. Also had an enormous amount of credits accepted. Like, 99 enormous. Everything is looking good so far.

Currently in the process of applying to a university to finish a bachelor's degree. I've been busting ass to master algebra and familiarize myself with calculus. Hopefully it goes better this time.

Organizing my markers into new, better bins. They were put into a cardboard box and ignored while going through a rough time. I feel it's time to break another seal, so to speak.

I love cooking giant meals. It gives me the opportunity to create amazing flavors and be a little fancier than usual. Like making a wine sauce and trussing this turkey.

Hiya everyone! I'm currently dealing with some No Fun Legal Stuff involving Purrmaids that's going to cost me at LEAST a few thousand dollars in legal fees and a few thousand MORE in additional costs. It's a GREAT time to think about getting a plush is all I'm saying 👀

Two full chapters sketched out in the first pass. It's such an accomplishment to even get this far. I'll be figuring out the polished pages within the next week or two. Just wish I knew more about comic page design. Still learning and giving it my best effort to keep it interesting

The transparent palette. Man, I have three of these Mijello palettes already >.> Two colors were added to round it out. My hope is to have a limited, transparent set for a more purist experience. The other set has a nice mix of opaque and semi-opaque so I'm not turning into a watercolor snob. =p

So I finally got through planning a talking scene in a cramped room around a cramped dining table. Omg it's hard to make it interesting. So I guess it'll be one of those sections to rapid fire post if the buffer allows

The Sweet V Cardona stuff 100% came through for me a week or two ago. No more fraudulent student debt holding me back. Unfortunetly the trauma still persists in the background. It's getting quieter, though. Not sure what to do now. Not gonna rush it. There's still time to figure it out. Or not.

I've been binging MHGU lately due to feeling the effects of regular depression and seasonal depression. Sorry if you play with me and I cart a lot in elder dragon and deviant quests. Just doing my best.

Transparent Red Iron Oxide smells like rusty blood and wet dog. It's weird. Paint didn't go bad I think that's just what the pigment smells like. Pthalo Green has a hint of candy and cough drops. Trying out new watercolor brands brings strange new experiences.
