I see all the arguments about assisted dying - but none of them are about what is actually being proposed in the Bill. They are all ‘what ifs’. If I should ever have a terminal illness with six months to live - it should be my right - and my right alone - to choose my ending.

Off to speak at Eurout about how I made the same sex marriage law happen. The real credit goes to the lgbt community - but it def is the best thing I did as a politician.
