Moving from OSE to Swords & Wizardry for my new campaign for a (relative) change of pace. S&W is awesome, but I do miss some of the peripheral stuff NG has put out for OSE (sheets formatted for AAC and slot-based encumbrance). Had to make my own slot-based item sheet for S&W and it ain't pretty.

I am sick and tired of seeing RPGs disrespect the noble greatsword by not giving it 10' reach. I looked at the Crows playtest and threw up and cried when I saw flails could reach 10' but not a greatsword. A 2m long halberd can reach 10', but not 2m greatsword? We live in a world without justice.

Playing the DQ I & II remakes. I like that they've added a bunch of extra dialogue for people, like me, that enjoy carrying Princess Gwaelin around for the back half of the game instead of returning her to Tantegel Castle right after rescuing her.
