The water element in RPG's is mostly known for healing/cleansing allies, slowing enemies down and rather low damage. I wonder how players would react if the protagonist of another RPG is actually tied to the water element and kicks some serious ass. 1/2

Man, I have so many delightful ideas for a possible continuation of my first novel. But just like with a video game, you first have to finish the project you started (proofreading chapter 36 from 66 at the moment). For now, I hope to be able to announce some exciting news on November 24.

One of my favorite things to do when writing stories about teenagers is to throw in scenes from their everyday lives. Instead of sitting around a long table and discussing things, they hang out together and play board games and talk about what's going on at their school while having a good time.

I'm a big fan of Octopath Traveler 1 and 2. It's not surprising that I included a tiny little reference in my novel. My favorite characters from each game? Tressa, the merchant, and Ochette, the hunter.

Chapter 30 introduces a new recurring supporting character. Although she started out as just a fleeting idea, I quickly grew fond of her. The character is an allusion to one of my Guild Wars 2 characters: Kyralis, the tamer. A loner, steadfast, determined, and a real go-getter. #furry #furryart
