How it feels running a successful TTRPG session where the players are still talking about the events that just unfolded even after the session ended

If you like this place you want it to last then you simply have to engage on the most basic level with the people you like on here. That lets them know they been seen and they will be far less inclined to drift back to the other place. Engagement is rare for most on any site and can mean a lot.
