Here's a very selfish one: Can we diversify the time zones? This is my first #literacies chat in 4 years!!!!! And I miss the connections, sometimes isolation across time zones hits hard, let me tell you!

A3: The #literacies chat (at least till I couldn't join due to time zone issues in Norway) became a place where I could stay connected with so many literacy scholars. It was a nice way to keep the fellowship in between conferences.

A2: But let me also take a moment and get a bit emotional and appreciate @writinglit.bsky.social as one of the first places that welcome @lslplegion.bsky.social and our research. That 2015 Pecha Kucha and the 2016 #literacies chat helped put us on the map! THANK YOU!

Since we're talking about Valentine's Day, in our home, V-Day is actually our doggos' birthday: Connor MacLeod and Duncan MacLeod (bonus if you know the ref to the names) rescue Bedlington Whippets from the same litter, turning 10 years old today! Valentine's is way better when pups are around!
