Some negatives. Could’ve scored more and killed the game earlier. The defence wasn’t tight enough, Brighton had some good chances as a result. Match fitness hampered us, Zirkzee came on lacking it and we looked noticeably worse as a result, has to improve with us playing so few games #MUFC

Positives from the game. Scored 4. Some great build up play. Bruno and Case looked assured in the centre. Cunha got his goal. Mbeumo continued his fine form and Amad is linking up excellently. Sesko looks fluid in the build up and more settled as the ST. Lammens decent again. #MUFC

Spurs win here and it leaves us 6th sitting 6 points off the top. Say what you will but a few weeks ago we’d have killed to have this position. The lads look way more competent and fired up last few games. Played some lovely football yesterday aswell, still things to improve but it’s a start #MUFC

Rashford is a joy to watch this season

Bruno Fernandes has been at United less than 6 years. In that time he’s made 299 appearances, gained the captaincy, won 2 trophies, scored 100 goals, provided 87 assists and won the Matt Busby award 4 times. Truly a special player #MUFC

Lammens, Mount and Sesko all very impressive today. Would’ve been nice to add more goals but a win and a clean sheet is rarer than it should be these days so we take those. Liverpool next after international break could be huge for confidence. We go again #MUFC

It’s tough to compare players from different era’s. Personally I rate Vidic as the greatest premier league centre back but I can see the reasoning for VVD. I also rate Ronaldo as the greatest ever PL player but I see why people prefer Henry. I don’t think it’s too deep, people are bound to disagree

For what it’s worth I back Ruben Amorim, I just have a bad feeling. Think we might have seen the last of Shaw in a big match after Sunday, need to get Bruno further up and help create things for Sesko because he’s feeding on scraps currently, missing Cunha massively, Mbuemo is a quality player #MUFC

Terrible result. Keeper looks to be getting sorted but can’t help but feel this formation is relying on a defensive pivot in midfield that we just can’t accommodate. Ugarte is not at the level, Casemiro is our best but still not consistent enough. They have to go into the market surely #MUFC

Lammens coming in is a good move on paper. Hopefully works out. Feel like we all know we don’t quite have the right keeper at the minute so it’s good to have a promising youngster join the fold. I imagine it pushes one of Bayindr or Onana to leave #MUFC

Amorim stated a couple of times that’s it’s Bruno or Kobbie when selecting the XI, meaning they play the same role. Not sure where the panic around him is coming from. He’s 20 years old and still improving. Bruno will leave either 2026 or 2027 and Kobbie is lined up as his successor. Calm down #MUFC

The Sesko deal has really messed up Newcastle for the season. There aren’t any top strikers who want to join them so Isak can’t leave, a fair position. Meanwhile, Isak is publicly asking to be sold but won’t put in a transfer request because his wages will go down. No idea where it goes from here

Good performance, a lot of individuals shined. Weak goalkeeping cost us at one end but not being clinical enough at the other end didn’t help. Lots to work on but tonnes of positives to take. Keep playing like that and we will do well this season. Cunha and Mbeumo both settled in well 🇾🇪#MUFC
