My number one tip for being happy: Be yourself. Don't pretend to be mature or tough or whatever society tells you to be. Don't clothe yourself in pretence. Let the real you shine through, and revel in pissing off those who disapprove.

Don't "preach" naturism or nudism. It's not a religion. Enjoy it. Make people see how good it is. Walk the nude walk.
