Inner Development Goals global practitioner meeting today was very inspirational. We met and spoke about agency and how we can increase our sense of agency to make a difference in the world. Co-creation and Connectedness came up for me as the biggest skills to create systems change.

This is why the multi-lateral must also be mighty and able to wield both soft and hard power. It is sad, but there are many out there who willfully harm and take if it means they have more. We must be strong enough to deter or defeat them.

It has always been and will always be much easier to destroy than to build. Keep fighting, keep building. The work we do will be felt by our children’s children’s children, but not if we give up.

A sick system also makes the people within it sick. Capitalism breeds disconnection and greed. Communism creates incentivized disinformation and its own flavor of disconnection. If we want health, we must build systems which create it.

A healthy system must be administered by healthy human beings. Much of our troubles stem from the fact that we are mostly, to one degree or another, psychologically unwell.

Trump’s latest executive order is an appalling attack on transgender and non-binary kids. Gender-affirming care is age-appropriate, medically necessary, and backed by every major medical association representing over 1.3 million U.S. doctors.

If I want more of anything, it is to be more deeply in this moment.
