Israeli Forces fired upon a clearly identified Médecins Sans Frontièreswater truck while it was distributing 10000L of drinking water in Gaza City. The vehicle’s route and schedule had been communicated in advance to the Israeli authorities, as MSF does on a daily basis.

UK banks, building societies required to get savers NI number, make it easier for HMRC to tax. Won't apply to the same to wealthy receiving income from dividends, share buybacks, bonds, stock market gambles, assets stashed offshore. State surveillance of low/middle income people, not the rich.

Thames water is effectively bankrupt. Don't bail it out with public money. Let it go to the wall. The shareholders and bondholders will take a big hit for loading it with debt and then the public can buy the assets on the cheap.
