@duneawakening.com has to have one of the most toxic communities I've ever been in. And what's worse is that it was embraced by the devs with their "vision". No longer though, I am out. Out of the game, out of the community. Funcom, is once again, at the center of trash.

I finally dipped out of the subreddit and discord for Dune Awakening.... I don't think I've seen such a toxic community attached to a game before.

Elden Ring with seamless co-op and playing with my son and BF has to be the best experience I've had with the game thus far. We're laughing so much and just having a blast. My son is amazing at doing Parrying and guard counters and I'm playing a faith character with healing and melee.

It's interesting to me how people coming into ttrpgs now have the advantage of there being years of experience from the older Gen of GMs and the accessibility of that info on the web, but the GMs of the older gens not having that was their advantage to learn their own ways out of any boxes.

I have never been so constantly and consistently disappointed with a game as I am with Dune Awakening. What a waste of potential.

For people who are dipping their toes into Dune Awakening for the free weekend.... Don't let it fool you, it's not a sandbox, ironically enough... It's a theme park game. For better or worse. You aren't really surviving Arrakis. I wish they had a hardcore mode where the survival elements are amped

The dune awakening update was exactly what I was worried about with the update... All new really crappy bugs and not a lot of good stuff. That said: the class armors are really cool and I am super thankful for the character customizer.

@duneawakening.com Hey, why do y'all lie about wanting to provide PvE endgame content? Second week in a row a capture point happens to be next to a lab making it pvp in the PVE zone. It's bullshit and you know it. Last week was even more shit with the pve lab having no schematic. It's spiteful

Dune awakening is a prime example on why you don't rush a game out the door with half-assed and unfinished content. (A rant by me) The Deep Desert should have been the first content expansion at the three month or later mark. It is clearly unfinished and most of the bugs are there....

@duneawakening.com lost two thopters to a known bug where there is trouble connecting to one of the deep desert grid servers. Your devs aren't even acknowledging it or giving reparations for lost stuff. Do better. The bugs in this game are running us away
