My potassium level crashed while I was in bed - I'm not surprised since I haven't been eating, and I'm on 14 different meds. Commence drastic googling for food with high potassium and what do you know, the one I have is sweet potato. In pie form. Lesson - eat more pie.

I think the reason I rewatch the Alien movies every time I have cancer (which is only two times, but it's weird that it's happened twice) is because it's so relatable.

I never understood why in #Alien, Ripley risked so much to save Jonesy, until I got a cat of my own. The wild thing is that movie would probably be called "woke" today, and it's a cultural icon. I would probably do something stupid to save this idiot.
