I just beat Valley of Rains, a game from 2019 made for a system from 1982 (a year before the Famicom released). It's a run 'n gun game where you play as a goddess of nature attempting to take the world back from demons. It rules, especially considering the relatively low power of the ZX Spectrum.

I just realized that the Virtual Boy games coming to Switch/S2 are quote, "planned to be released over time". aka drip-fed. Guys, just get a 3DS. Softmodding takes 10 minutes. With RedViper you can play VB games in stereoscopic 3D, no red, no headset, and remember how great the 3DS/DS library is.
