I'm SO excited for people to read the short that @christieporter.bsky.social and I did for Witching Season. It's period queer horror, and I got really weird (for me) with colors and I think it's pretty fantastic. Make sure to pledge to the kickstarter and spread the word. I'll share more art soon!

It’s LIVE! My story with @phillipsevy.bsky.social in this witchy horror anthology evolved in such an exciting way. Witches in story sometimes represent liberation, chaos, a force of nature, the other…They expose the terrific truths in ourselves and our societies that we’re desperate to keep hidden.

SO excited to be involved contributing a story that @christieporter.bsky.social and I crafted. Artistically, it's a very fun departure/evolution of my work. And the story is just stuffed full of righteous anger at small minds and mob hysteria. Back now!

People familiar with the concept of body-doubling—do you think this works with sleep? I have my suspicions. (My understanding of “body doubling” is in specific regard to ADHD.)

Finally getting around to listening to Body Work by Melissa Febos and I am in agony in the best way. I cannot recommend this book hard enough to anyone who is healing from trauma and also writes in any form.

In addition to an out-of-office automatic email reply, I’d like one that explains my current mental state—overwhelmed, disassociating, executive dysfunction, existential crisis from over identifying with my profession, etc.—and the respective length of time before one might receive a response.

And we leave #SDCC with a new child. This is our son, Malcolm. The cheeriest flesh-colored mushroom and a perfect boy.
