I made maple candied walnut maple ice cream. I candied the walnuts with maple syrup, butter, and salt, then added a lot of maple syrup to the ice cream base. Came out awesome.

I made peanut butter ice cream with mini chocolate chips and a fudge ripple. The PBFIT is great for making the base, adding it to the cream and milk.

#GlutenFree made bbq bacon cheeseburgers with sautéed mushrooms and onions. OreIda fries deep fried, and the bun is Udis hamburger bun.

Birthday dinner and dessert. Gluten free chicken fingers three was: panko, fizzy battered, and dry floured. Onion rings made with the fizzy batter, gf chocolate cake from King Arthur, and homemade chocolate ice cream with a peanut butter swirl. We also had fried fish not pictured.

#GlutenFree My mom made this delicious turkey pot pie tonight using King Arthur pie crust. The crust was soooo good.

#GlutenFree Krusteaz Gluten Free Buttermilk Pancakes. The instructions say to add a cup of water and 1/3 cup milk, but I added 1 1/3 cups of milk and the pancakes come out fluffier because of it. They also reheat really well in the microwave for like 30 seconds. The child loved them. And So did I.

#GlutenFree 2nd Thanksgiving. I made the Turkey, Buttery Mashed Potatoes, Jasmine Rice Stuffing with Sage Sausage, Roasted Maple Carrots, Spiced Apple Cranberry Sauce, and Apple Cider Braised Brussels Sprouts. As Always everything was gluten free. Also, it was REALLY good. (Pats self on back)
