I saw a video on Instagram saying that people with #gluten intolerance or #Ceoliac Disease can eat wheat bread if it's made properly, ie his way. Load of BS. Any amount of gluten is dangerous for someone with Coeliac Disease as it may trigger gut damage that may not show up as obvious symptoms.

Once diagnosed, coeliac disease does not go away..  Symptoms may improve on a strict gluten free diet, but the condition is lifelong and gluten can still cause damage, even without symptoms.  Learn more: https://f.mtr.cool/fuinyzikni

Pictures and video generated by AI are becoming almost indistinguishable from those that are heavily retouched or using filters. And this is not a good thing. It's getting really hard to support genuine artists and producers and not get fooled by the deep fakes.

I baked another cake. This time it's a #GlutenFree Banana Cake. The mix was too much for one tin, so I split it between two. It is very moist, has a subtle banana taste and just sweet enough. I was thinking about freezing one, but too many people want a slice and they aren't that big.

Having #CoeliacDisease I have to use some #FreeFrom products. However, they are full of rice flour and seed oils, and other highly processed crap. Rice flour is very high glycemic ibdex, evict causes glucose spikes. 🔋1/2
