Two years ago, we founded The Farmers Land Trust to transform how land is owned and accessed, how tenure and equity are conveyed, and how stewardship is shared. Today, we share with you seven Farmland Commons projects being created to hold land as a common good rather than a commodity!

There are many aging farmers that we talk to that say, "We just can’t find anyone to come farm this land." And then every single day, within hours of that, we talk with young and beginning farmers who say, "We can’t find any land. We’re farming already, but we’re not on land that is secure."
