Spent the day with Cumbria Police talking about ADHD and the Criminal Justice system. I discussed the importance of screening for ADHD and how officers can help those with neurodivergent conditions navigate a very neurotypical criminal justice system

Today I attended a session talking about the values we hold dear in policing and how we engage our workforce to adopt those values. I pointed out, decisions made by leadership that are contrary to those values.....don't exactly help that mission.
