This bank holiday Sunday our family group were back in Norwood with our friends @stanleyarts.bsky.social where we danced, pranced and were entranced by Ella Mesma Dance Company’s The Rainbow Butterfly

This weekend, our family group took a journey through time at the London Transport Museum - from the rattle of horse-drawn carriages to the thunder of Tubes. We beeped vintage horns, learned how to use old ticket machines, and got lost in the bold, barmy and beautiful old transport posters.

One of our families has been suddenly moved after a huge fire in their 'hotel'. We're relieved they're safe. However, this highlights again why warehousing asylum seekers is so wrong - leading to unsafe living conditions and breeding division.

Many of our participants are living through the hardest times in their lives, living in limbo, far from home and family. We exist to give them a community, escape from daily fears, and the skills to rebuild their lives! #refugeeswelcome #withrefugees
