Alright she's got a nice fresh coat of blue, logos, and is nearing completion. 1/4 of the 81ft cars and 1/5 for this group of models, as there is an additional 89ft car I'll be doing.

This handsome MP15AC is one of few special ordered with dynamic brakes, purchased with the intent for new motive power on the steep, curvy, lightweight yet high tonnage logging lines. You can find these units based out of Haida, OL.

Finally just about finished up my first custom repaint on one of my models, finally my fic railroad is something tangible. Ironic it’s of Alco origin, of which my railroad is highly biased against in favor of EMD and GE, hence why it’s so filthy and unmaintained. (Just needs the handrails still)

DM&GB's second diesel locomotive order would occur in May 1950, with 14 RSD-4s (10-23), these units would replace Heavy 2-8-2s on ore drags in the Gogebic range. Pushing them into the general freight pool, leading to the retirement of several lighter Mikados.
