I am especially concerned about the bullet “The President and the Attorney General (subject to the President’s supervision and control) will interpret the law for the executive branch, instead of having separate agencies adopt conflicting interpretations.” This appears to be a way for the President to provide unlawful interpretations of the laws passed by Congress and the interpretations of the law by the judicial branch. This is a constitutional emergency and we need to act NOW! Will articles of impeachment be drafted tomorrow?
