What IS cliche is politicians talking out the imaginary surplus they really pray to. Reminds me of that soldier in Vietnam who said âdonât send your sons to finish what politicians startâ or similar. How bout not harming your people to feed your surplusâŠ.

I'm two weeks away from finishing a Masters in Public Management. Robodebt has been a key feature of several of the papers I've done - the damage done to so many people by automation of a process that should always be human (and humane). They literally teach us not to do this.

If youâve passed youâre lauded by the PM for your contribution to NZ. If youâre alive and have opinions itâs cliche. Says the one asking for people to dine on air while they worry about some bollocks surplus goal. If they held the electorate of the same name it would be the only Mana this govt had

Had a very nice time at the AMAs. Probably my fave in terms of being social for once lol. Great to have my work colleagues there and to see their enjoyment. Awesome to see friends add to their collection of awards and nice to be in the midst of so much talent

Got to play the tribute for the Topp Twins a few years back. They walked around during packdown with a box making sure everyone got a beer. Legends, part of the soundtrack of life. This is a song to them from the Mitchell Twins that we recorded around same time

My family wonders why i think we should consider moving out of country. This govt has made this place a fucking drag. Each day brings more heartlessness from the people who should be working towards uplifting of all, not the few (of their mates). Ignorant bliss seems bloody appetising sometimes.

Someone who used to work for me told me recently before moving overseas "I can't find a job. If I find one, I'll probably be made redundant in a year. If I somehow find a job I can keep, I'll still never be able to buy a house. Why would I stay here? What is there to stay for?"
