Don't know who needs to hear this, but you can't executive order away the reality and validity of millions of trans and/or nonbinary lives 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 (For real, though, the LGBTQ+ community has always been here and will always be here, and AFM will always celebrate and welcome them.)

Today's announcement that Israel will lift the blockade and allow aid into Gaza is spectacular news. The weaponization of hunger is one of the most insidious and excruciating forms of violence there is. We hope never to see it used against the Palestinian people again.

The best part of being there to help with Quaker Market set up is getting to play with all the cool stuff first. This year we have been extremely lucky to have a range of instruments donated to the market, like this 1974 hammered dulcimer and gorgeous 1890 parlor organ.
