Well, I can scratch "Shiny Hunt a full odds Pokemon in a Gen 3, 4, or 5 game" off my bucket list. I caught 5 shinies in ZA today, but this one means SO much more than any of those. 1719 resets over the course of a few weeks, mostly during TV breaks (you can see Hazbin Hotel in the background). Woo!

You ever hunt for a shiny Pokemon and when you get it it doesn't look how you expected? I finally got a Shiny Clawitzer and it turns out the stripes are blue and it kinda kills the whole design. Anyway Shiny isn't always best I guess. Sometimes the shiny colors feels more like an after thought.

I have completed the main story of Legends Z-A yes, I am drawing one or more things based on it. Overall impressions? It was good! It was a good experience. Most of the criticisms I've seen so far largely boil down to telling the person "maybe YOU just don't like pokemon games, and should leave".

Found this on the AO3 subreddit, and I'm about to let it change my whole life (or at least work really hard to internalize it wrt my writing).

It really does feel like that sometimes. Or a lot of the time.

Lemme just quickly clarify because it got a lot of attention: I didn't hate the experience. I thought the show was well done and cute, and I totally see how this is probably one of the best shows to be stuck watching with a 3 year old. I just wouldn't make a point of watching more of it.

Spent time in a hotel recently and because I had nothing to do, I tried watching Bluey. After 2 hours, I don't get it. I don't get how this became such a thing with our age group. Am I really a millennial? Am I really part of the ABDL community? Have I simply lost all the whimsy left in my soul?
