I live across the street from a high school football and track stadium. During football season it is fireworks that scare the hell out of my dogs, during track it is starting pistols. Today is a track day.

Yep and as Sam says we can't afford to anyway. Hell my wife and I need to move to a single story dwelling but that takes money as well. We won't even start talking about how difficult it is to develop good relationships with the medical providers we need.

So this is Daisy, she had to go to the emergency vet. Turns out she has an abscessed tooth that will have to be removed. Not sure how we are going to manage that financially but it IS going to happen.

I'm not going to lie, this last year around the sun has been rough on me both mentally and physically. My wife and I are putting some things in place to help with the latter. It's going to a be long road but we are going to do our best.
