Therapist suggested I try magnesium supplements; apparently it's a common deficiency for ADHD folk and taking antacids (which I do for other issues) can make it worse. Took one the other night, seemed to help settle my mind, but when it wore off I had a HUGE anxiety spike that lasted nearly all day.
