Fun Fact: The iconic black light/neon street gang The Golums don't appear in the Batman Forever Comic Adaptation. When Dick Grayson takes the Batmobile for a joyride, he instead encounters 2 random street punks, makes short work of them, then leaves. Very different from the film.

Here's an original hand painted Alternate version of the famous Batman Forever Poster done by artist John Alvin, featuring a slightly different color treatment. I definitely see the vision with this one,& it gives a slightly different vibe from the final poster. I quite like it.

My first Arkansas store event in two decades follows Friday at 7 at Barnes & Noble (2300 E Highland Ave., Ste A, Jonesboro, AR)) — and then on Saturday I visit the brand new Barnes & Noble in Germantown, Tennessee, with my talk starting at 1. Definitely a homecoming event for me, there!

Artwork of Danny DeVito as The Penguin from Batman Returns, done by legendary artist Carmine Infantino. I'm not sure what this piece was for, maybe for the style guide? Regardless it's cool to see such an iconic artist like Infantino draw the movie version of a character.

Photos of the figurine of the joker made for the miniature of his helicopter, from Batman (1989). This was used for the wide shots of the helicopter pulling up to Axis chemicals after Batman blew it up, with Joker visible in the back seat with his megaphone.
