It's so tough to only pick one 😭 But for me, it's gotta be The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater! There's so much to love about this book, but what always stands out for me is how it feels like being a teen again, off on a somewhat magical adventure with friends during the summer <3 #RevPitWaiting

I saw someone argue that LLMs are useful for "getting over writer's block" and I hate to tell y'all this, but outsourcing things like "having discipline" to a robot is (like all AI tools for writing) going to make you actively worse at the craft.

Comps can be confusing, so I want to talk a little more about them and why they're important. Comps are sometimes used in query letters to give agents a vibe—e.g. "It's The Princess Bride but in space." This is fun and works great for marketing copy later when the 1/ #RevPit #RevPitWaiting
